Every time you hide you move further. If auto hide put you at 10' then choosing to hide again will move you up to 20' and so on every round that you hide up to 90'. Add this to lock picking. Monks and warriors both make pretty good DCs for crit immune creatures... Try some of the longer range DC weapons? I havent played a DC since monk got chain attack... If they keep it that would make them pretty awesome DCs... The theif is best with hide mastery up to 90' (use it constantly to level ...

Ginsng is for alchemy (I made a guide on here a while back on how to jump start your alchemy adventuring) and apples are a tempory dex boost, so faster attack priority and better ac while active I think.

the chance of attacking another enemy when killing one was 100%. I think this was too high. In the upcoming version, this will be a variable chance, based upon the monk level and the actual map. Was this full number of attacks, so maximum damage for each target? I can can see how that would be WAY ...

Can't DC until after base game is defeated, water top opens up before that. Hence why master thief and warrior have the most to gain by DCing - the warrior (and monk though they don't have the high thaco) is even more deadly with the special caster weapons, losing mostly just gain of attacks per lev...
