Bug in the Forest Map

Found the bug... I saved it before exiting savage crossing though. The game froze so I deleted the savestate from itunes and did a full reset (back out and delete the multitask icon) uh reverse the order though. Got back to my latest save. Not a fix but at least I can play in savage crossing and the crypt area.

Uh I started training another hunter and a bard so i don't think I could make it through the 2 guarding tree area... any idea if I could find or even be able to use the traveling service... I still need to get rid of the old status on my mages... or is there other ways of ridding that status? Thanks.

**Edit.... I guess I just missed the transportation place. Found it by looking around the savage camp place! Good to go then.

**edit2 just a heads up, I was able to travel through savage crossing and by pressing the travel icon exit the service and walk around in the forest area, but when reentering the game froze again. Mute point seeing as the update is almost here but figure it might help those in the same sit as me?...

Once you been there, you have an additional travel route.
But before, the forest map will crash, if you are one of the affected players.

Until the update is live (end of the week hopefully), I can fix your savegame manually. You can download it via iTunes App-Sharing and send it to me (info@silversword-rpg.com).

After completing Castilla Artonsa, I used the travel service back to Savage crossing. I then used the travel service from savage crossing to the ruins camp to avoid the "bug" issue. As I approached the end of the mountain ridge I hit a "bug issue again.

Is there anything I can do to avoid this? Is this going to resolved in the new update? I'm really sucked into the game and would like to continue if possible. thanks.

As by now, the only freeze I could successfully reproduce is due to the forest bug - and this one will be resolved in the update (which is overdue by Apple...).

So I just finished the castilla and the ape cave. Am I stuck waiting for the fix to be rolled out?

Am I guaranteed to be stuck or is it intermittent?

If I have multiple saves, does entering the forest wipe them all out or just the one I'm currently playing?

Entering the forest will freeze your game in case you entered "Exodus" as the answer to the magic mouth in the southern part of the map. This is a map issue (that's why you have to wait for the update to having this fixed), your save games are ok. If you are prone to this bug, you have two choices until the update comes out:

1. use the travel services - as elsewhere mentioned, they should work without triggering the freeze
2. send me your last save game, I will remove the answer from it that triggers the freeze

Looks like I am one of the affected. Just exited Savage to the west and locked up. I'll wait for the update.

The bug is finally fixed with the current update 2.051.
