Make the log more useful

Post by Adhyskonydh » Tue Jul 22, 2014 5:43 pm

Hi everyone,

I thought i'd post this because I find it kind of strange that the log seems to note all the minor pieces of information in the game but doesn't show any of the significant quest information that you receive. For instance after talking to the spirit dragon who tells you to go to the dwarf mines (maybe the north west corner or something I have forgotten), there's no mention of it in the logs at all. This means you have to trawl the forum or the walkthrough to find where to go next because you forgot it when you were told by the NPC in game.

I found this to be true through the main game too, wondering where i had to go because i went to bed after completing a section then forgetting overnight where i had to go.

Please consider putting those conversations in the log or create a different log for core and current objectives. :)

Thanks

I like this suggestion IF the log is sorted chronologically (or manually) and you can delete old, useless log entries, like how to use the navigation tool.

Alternatively, let us enter log entries manually.
May the Vishanti guide me through this eldritch maze!
