Third battle in the bandit's cave.

Okay, I've managed to get past the bridge battle where you fight 12 Strosstruppen, 6 Igniters and 6 Priests. I've opened the first door and killed the 80 Strosstruppen located there. However, I can't f***ing figure out a way to beat the next group, featuring 40 Witchers at close range and 20 Igniters at far range. The Witchers just keep casting Mind Blade, and since they have the initiative I can't do a single thing before everyone in my party has been blasted to smithereens. I've tried using Wall Smash to get around them, but the walls all appear to be impregnable.

How can I beat them? Is the only way to be of such high level that I naturally resist 95% of their magic? Is there any way to gain initiative? This battle is ridiculous!

Wakky, as far as I can tell the only way to get initiative is to improve your Dexterity stat when you level up.

As Dread Lord said, having high dexterity is very important... Especially for spellcasters. In the higher levels, if you don't go first, you probably won't live through the round.
