souls for spirit condensor

Anyone found 13 spots yet for the spirit condensor? I scoured my maps and memory and found only 8.
(Not really a spoiler, but dont look if you dont want to know! Below)

What I found
5 in artosan forest (the 2 ones inside do not work)
3 outside dragon grave

Where I checked that did not work:
Burial mound
outside burial mound
market district grave markers
bone house basement

What am I missing?

I found all 13. Go back to the crypt near the ruin camp. There are at least 4 there.

Damn that one was easy, not sure how I missed it. Up to 12, the tombstone inside is not one. Thanks for the hint, you remember where the last one came from?

Seems like it was off by itself somewhere in the expansion... Maybe in the swamps. If I run across it I'll post it here.

How do I know if the spirit condenser is working? I've used it while standing on top of the graves outside the dragons grave, but I can't see anything different about my item list afterwards....

You can't stand on top of the grave. You stand facing it one square away and it will give you something in inventory with a message as well when you were successful

In exchange - #13 is in Shadows of Mar/swamps with bone tower. Look immediately south on entering map.
